You can easily contact us via eMail. We will care for your concern asap. Please give us a short problemdescription. Maybe DEMO Files of the original document and the resultdocument. Our Support can react much quicker then.  

Please let us have your maitenance agreement number, to enable us to react quick.

You can reach our technical support on working days from Minday to Thursday 9:30a.m. -05:00p.m. and Friday 9:30a.m. - 03:00p.m.!

Wir bitten um eine kurze Problembeschreibung und vielleicht eine Rückrufnummer. Vielleicht auch DEMO Files des Ausgangsdokuments und des Ergebnisdokuments. Unser Support kann dann viel schneller versuchen Ihr Problem nachzuvollziehen und auch zu helfen.

Wir antworten per eMail, per Telefon oder kommen Remote zu Ihnen.
